custom css possible on a free plan?

  Hello

  I have a site hosted on WordPress.com’s free plan.
  I understand if I am also using a free template I can’t use custom css.
  If I use one of the templates that can be bought, can I then use custom css, even if it is stilling hosted on a free plan?

  Custom CSS is a feature of our Premium and Business plans. This option isn’t supported with the Free plan regardless of whether you have activated a free or premium theme.

  Thank you Gemma. I don’t want to subscribe to a monthly plan.
  Is it possible to make a one-off purchase to host a site and be able to have custom css please? Thank you for your help.

  Hi earthbaseddreaming,

  All of our plans are billed in one yearly payment. We don’t offer a monthly payment option, you pay for the whole year :)
