    I am starting website for coupons and blogs, i need custom css code for post showing on homepage or not

    We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. To be able to use custom CSS on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to at least the Premium Plan.

    However to determine whether posts are shown on the frontpage or not, you need a plugin as you can’t achieve this with custom css. To be able to use plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

    As we aren’t familiar with plugins, you must take a look in the plugin repository at https://wordpress.org/plugins/
