Hi All,
Im working on our company site, just need a quick bit of help with the CSS, What Im looking to do is place our logo – http://bidmarketing.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/bid_logo.png?w=640
Over where it says BID Marketing in bold at the top left hand corner and again in the lower left hand corner.
Also hide the bit that says Theme: Twenty Ten Blog at WordPress.com. and replace it with © Copyright BID Marketing 2013

Jay, give this a try and see what you think.
#site-title { background: url("http://bidmarketing.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/bid_logo.png") no-repeat scroll 20px top transparent; height: 90px; width: 300px; } #site-title a { margin-left: -999px; } -
You might also want to add this to bring the tagline/site description down just a little (aligned at bottom of text with the text in the logo image).
#site-description { margin-top: 30px; } -
-
Same again at the footer where it says BID Marketing on the left corner put the logo in the corner and on the right side of the footer hide the bit that says “Theme: Twenty Ten Blog at WordPress.com.” and replace it with © Copyright BID Marketing 2013
Thanks

You aren’t allowed to remove the footer credits here at WordPress.com. You can add to them, but not remove them. You can make them a little less prominient by changing the color to something lighter, but don’t go too far as that could be viewed as “hiding” them. Something such as this perhaps:
#site-generator, #site-generator a { color: #CCCCCC; }The following adds “Copyright © ” before the site title at left, and adds the year after the site title.
#site-info a:before { content: "Copyright © "; } #site-info a:after { content: " 2013"; } -
If you lose the copyright circle when you paste and save, then use the HTML number for that symbol, which is:
© -
Shoot, it should not have interpreted that. Use this and remove the spaces between the characters
& # 1 6 9 ;
