Custom css upgrade not working after canceling business trial

After canceling my business trial, my custom css isn’t being applied anymore and even though I have ‘custom design’ listed as a paid upgrade until 2016, I can’t customize. The customize preview tells me I need to upgrade to premium.
And I can’t access the support forum for paying customers.
Would appreciate any help.
