Custom Design

    I just paid 30$ for a year of Custom Design and then I changed my fonts and background color and suddenly it’s gone and back to the default. It keeps saying when I try to change it again: “This preview is not active on your site. Click the “Save fonts and purchase” button below to show these fonts on your site.”, so it’s like my purchase didn’t go through, despite I have a payment receipt.
    Can you please tell me what’s wrong?

    Gosh, I’m sorry that happened to you! I went ahead and removed the upgrade then re-added it manually. You should be all set now! Just let me know if you run into any other issues :)
