  My custom design has disappeared for no reason? I had registered my credit card so that it is auto renew each year, but I can’t find on the site if this has not occurred or not.

  I would like my custom design reinstalled – without the need to get it recoded, or re-done – even if it is because the auto-payment for some reason did not renew. My credit card is still valid with no number changes?? So I am confused as to why this problem happened.

  If I need to pay manually for ‘custom design’ again, let me know and I will do it – but It would be ideal if you could ensure the design the way it was a couple of weeks ago is brought back automatically.

  Ok – Good news – when I’ve paid the subscription manually (thought this should have been auto) the design has returned.

  So I am happy now,
