  Hello, I had used a ‘custom’ update years ago for a clients website. I no longer work with these folks and was still paying the $30 custom fee. Last year, I went in and edited the files, thought I discontinued that feature but today it just charged my account again. How can I confirm that it is discontinued before I delete my page? Thank you.

  I’ve checked this account and we haven’t charged you for a custom design upgrade since 2014 — which was for backporchvintageshop.wordpress.com:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  canbydahliarun.org is a Jetpack connected WordPress.org site and I can’t see any upgrades there. Can you send a link to the site you have been charged for? Please don’t share any transactions IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.

  You could also try logging out, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel the upgrade from the Manage Purchases page in the correct account.
