Add topic to favorites
Selected Custom Design, which said it would be $30, then when I selected it & went to check out the price in the cart was $69

Your username account was registered on September 14, 2014 (1 month ago) https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/wmcluke145 Accounts registered after September 1st, 2014 cannot purchase individual custom design upgrades. They have to purchase either a Premium bundle of upgrades or a Business bundle of upgrades which include the custom design upgrade in them.

Kind of misleading when it shows up today, 10/22 as $30. I have a screen shot of it show today’s date and $30 for the customize design price.

I’m not clear on why any blogger needs to receive an email response from Staff on this issue. That’s because we Volunteers were instructed by Staff that any username account registered after September 1st, 2014 could not purchase the custom design upgrade as an individual purchase.

If that has changed then we Volunteers need to know that, so we can provide correct responses in support threads, and Staff will be able to focus on providing support to those with issues that we Volunteers cannot provide answers for.

Whew! and thanks for the confirmation. I thought something may have changed again. But the bottom line on custom design upgrades is that any username account registered after September 1st, 2014 cannot purchase an individual custom design upgrade. They have to purchase either a Premium bundle of upgrades or a Business bundle of upgrades which include the custom design upgrade in them just as I posted above.
