Custom Design de-activation : how to put it back ?

  Hello !

  So i forgot to renew my Custom Design subscription and now my CSS sheet became inactive. When i tried to fix things by buying a new annual subscription for Custom Design, it did not work. I think it is because this domain is not my primary domain, or something. Now i can see my style sheet working in the preview mode (so it’s still there !), but it won’t publish…

  I would really like to put everything back in place, i just don’t know how to… pay properly for what i need !

  The site i want Custom Design back is http://www.profilages.info

  My main site is http://www.sociothecaire.com but i don’t use it no more.

  I do not see that you ever had Custom Design for that site. I do see that WordPress.com Premium (which includes Custom Design) was purchased 2014-06-27 and expired this past June 27th.

  Incidentially, it was also purchased using a different user account. Which may be why you are having trouble renewing it. You must have ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point.

  Hey !
  Changing user account actually resolved all my issues. Thanks for pointing out my identity trouble, now that i transitionned everything if fine again !
