Custom Design, does it work with more than one blog?

  I want to make another blog for a separate subject. I really want to purchase a year subscription for Custom Design, but i wanted to know if i have to pay $60 instead of the regular $30 for it to apply to both of my blogs? Help, please!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
