  I already purchased Custom Design, but it isn’t working for me when I try to customize designs.

  Hi Hannah!

  From what I can tell, you purchased the Custom Design upgrade on February 26th, 2013. The Custom Design upgrade costs $30/yr, and since your account was not set to Auto Renew, it expired on February 25th, 2014 (a few weeks ago).

  If you wish to purchase the Custom Design upgrade again, you can do so from the Store in your dashboard.
