Custom design expired – where can I pay $30?

I would love some help with an issue I’m having. My custom design on WordPress expired last week, and I’ve been having an awful time trying to renew it. Every time I click the “Renew custom design” button in my email alert from WordPress.com, it takes me to the Purchases page and asks “Looking to upgrade?” and offers only the $99 premium plan. I’m really frustrated, as based on my Billing History tab, I’ve renewed at only $30 for the past three years, and I can’t afford to “upgrade.” Can someone please assist me? I’m at my wit’s end! Thank you. :)

Hi, I went into Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and it appears you have gotten your renewal processed. Are you still having any issues with this?

I’m sorry, I somehow got on the wrong page on your site. Go to your admin dashboard and go to Store > My Upgrades and there should be a link to renew. If you have any issues, let me know.
