  Hi,
  I made a mistake by purchasing this customized profil for $30.00.
  I would like to cancel it and have my money refunded.

  Would it be possible? If yes for how soon?

  You have 30 days to cancel an upgrade – go to

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> click on cancel

  From what I have seen in the forum it takes 7 to 14 days for the money to show back up in your account
