Custom Design no longer active after cancelling WordPress.com Premium

  My Custom Design subscription, expiration March 11, 2016, stopped working after cancelling WordPress.com Premium after a few hours of trial.

  I needed more space for pictures and spent $50 for your 25GB space upgrade after initiating the WordPress.com Premium trial. I do not need it because I pay separately for Domain and Custom Design.

  Now my CSS is gone.

  Please fix NOW!

  WOW! You are THE MAN! Thank you so much. I wish I understood how this happened. I am not looking for an explanation–just wondering how your databases work.

  James, you are welcome. I think the CSS upgrade somehow got linked to the Premium trial. It was still listed as active on your site, but somehow wasn’t accessible. I hit it with a digital hammer and all is well. :)
