Custom Design not activating

  I bought custom design tools, did some editions, but now it is not working anymore. The page is appearing just like i had not bought it with the “Buy Upgrade” link. I cleared all my browser information, switched to Firefox and Safari (I used Chrome to make the changes while it was working), but nothing worked. Can you please check my account properties? Thank you.
