Custom Design Not Automatically Renewed

  Hello!

  I had arranged for an automatic renewal (recurring charge) for my Domain Registration, my Domain Mapping, AND my Custom Design. The charges went through just fine for 2012 and 2013.

  However, I just realized that for the scheduled 2014 renewals only the Domain Registration and Domain Mapping charges went through. The Custom Design charge did not go through for 2014.

  I do not remember receiving a notice or warning about this so I am hoping that this problem can be corrected so that I can continue with my Custom Design upgrade for 2014 which would be coming up for renewal again in a couple of months for 2015.

  It is important to me to get this corrected.
