Custom Design not available after purchase

  I purchased the Custom Design and it is not letting me use that feature.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’ve gone and verified that your Custom Design is currently working. I temporarily changed the font for the header of your site and then changed it back, so it is definitely functional!

  Let me know if you are still experiencing any problems!

  Tell me what steps you are going through. Everytime I go to change it, is says i need to pay.

  It may be that you’re not in the correct blog. Which site are you trying to use Custom Design on?

  I was trying to use this custom design on the 6 page wordpress blog that was transferred to me. address http://www.susandyess.wordpress.com. Now I can’t even see that blog in my blog.

  I just found the blog. It is called Wellness From Within and it is 6 pages. I want the custom design on that blog. Thanks for your help.

  Hi there,

  OK, I see what the issue was! The Custom Design had been purchased on the wrong blog. I’ve gone ahead and transferred the upgrade on to the site http://susandyess.wordpress.com and it is now fully active.

  Let me know if there’s anything else you needed!
