Custom design not workings – Typekit fonts not showing?

  Hi, I’ve bought custom design and selected Typekit fonts for my blog – Chunk for the site title and Arvo for headings – but the fonts aren’t showing??

  Actually, Arvo shows on the widget headings in the side bar but none of the other headings

  I’ve tried viewing it on IE8 and Chrome. I’ve tried swapping the fonts and re-saving, but nothing has worked

  How can I fix this? Or get a refund on the custom design upgrade?

  I tested http://familyfriendlylondon.org.uk/ in Chrome 17 and Firefox 10.0.2 and the fonts are working for me without any problems. Here is what I see: http://cl.ly/EoUx

  As a first troubleshooting step, can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies?
