Custom Design pricing in Store should be $30

  I want to purchase the Custome Design I just made for $30, but the store only gives me a $99 option. What can I do?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you may have already had the Premium bundle ($99) in your cart prior to attempting to purchase the Custom Design upgrade. I went ahead and removed the Premium bundle. Can you try to purchase the Custom Design upgrade from Dashboard -> Store -> Store? Please let me know if you continue to have trouble!

  Hi there,

  I’m not seeing any purchases for the Custom Design upgrade on any of your blogs. Can you try purchasing it again? You should only need to pay $30.

  The scenario I described previously happened because the Premium bundle ($99) was already in your cart for some reason. Since the Custom Design upgrade is part of the Premium bundle, the Store wouldn’t let you add the Custom Design in addition to the bundle already in your cart. Therefore, you were seeing $99 instead of $30. However, now, your cart is empty so you should be able to purchase the Custom Design upgrade for $30 without any trouble.

  Hi Jeremy,
  I am having trouble with the Custome Design I purchased.
  I simply don’t like the implementation. I saw the look and feel prior to purchase, however, I really feel I’ve bought a product which does not suit the quality which I was looking for.

  1. If you would like, I’m happy to help you with some of the features of the Custom Design or explain any part of the upgrade that perhaps isn’t working correctly or isn’t clear. Just let me know where the upgrade is currently falling short!
  2. If you’re sure that you do not want the upgrade any longer, I can refund your purchase.

  Thanks dear, I’d like a refund and this is the reason:
  The image is acting like an image and not like a background. Because it is ‘heavy’ it slows down page-views and takes too much energy for viewers to enjoy.
