"custom design" problem

    Dear wordpress, I just ordered your “custom design” for the theme I selected for my new blog, the price of which is $30.00. However, it does not allow me to customize anything but the font. I need to change the photo. Please let me know how I can do this. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    What photo are you trying to change? I can see that you’ve cancelled and refunded the Custom Design package, however I can tell you that it allows you to change the font and color on most themes, however some themes only allow limited changes.

    That said, all of those can be changed via CSS if you are very interested in changing them, which is also allowed if you have the Custom Design add on. If you change your mind let me know and I can point you in the right direction!
