  Can I create a new custom page templates with the Custom Design upgrade?

  Hi there – The Custom Design upgrade allows you to edit the CSS of your theme only; it doesn’t let you edit the HTML. So you can change the colors and styling of your pages, and you can hide or restyle page elements, but you cannot add elements to them that aren’t already there.
