custom design refund

  Hi, I recently changed my blog address. When I went back to edit the site my custom design upgrade was not showing, instead it said I could purchase it for $30. I thought because I had changed the site address my upgrade only applied to the old address not the new address so I purchased the upgrade. However after a little while it corrected itself and my old upgrade was applying to my new site. Long story short, I bought an upgrade but no longer need it because my old upgrade is still working fine. I just made the purchase today and am requesting a refund. Thanks!

  Also, I went to my store section in my dashboard and under ‘my upgrades’ it was only showing my old upgrade not the purchase I made today [however, it was showing my recent purchase in my billing history] so I was unable to cancel it from that area.

  I have initiated this refund for you. PayPal refunds can take up to a week to appear back on your bank statement; it usually takes less time, but we do advise of a week wait.
