The “cancel” option isn’t showing up on ‘My Upgrades’ for, but my billing history shows it’s been well under 48 hours…did I miss something?

Custom design, as I remember it has a 30 day refund period. I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they will be around soon to help you out with this.
