Custom Design Refund

Hello,
I just received an email from PayPal informing me I’ve been charged £25 for Custom Design on an old blog I created for school (coeurmagazine.wordpress.com).
Please may I get a refund? I did not authorise this so I’m not sure how it happened?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You were charged because your custom design subscription was set to auto-renew annually.
However, the upgrade is not under the account that you are contacting us from. Can you please post in this thread using the account associated with the upgrade? Once ownership is confirmed, I’d be happy to process the refund for you.

Thanks for getting back to me!
I can’t seem to log into that account – I believe it was registered under my university email address, which I no longer have access to as I am done with the course.
Is there another way around this?

If you have the payment information from the Paypal transaction, that will confirm your ownership of the upgrade. I see that you already own the site.
