Custom Design Renew

Hello, My Custom Design for my Topshelf Society blog did not auto-renew due to getting a new card. I would like to re-new it as well as add my new debit card on file but I’m not sure how it was set up since I paid someone to this for me a year ago. I see that the plan I had was $30 annually and I don’t see that option in any of the upgrade options. I’m not sure what to do and I can’t get in contact with the person who set this up for me. I was wondering if you guys to see what plan I had and how I can add it back as well as input a new debit card on file. I can be reached at [redacted].

I went in to add my new form of payment and the renew option went away. How do I get the renew option back or will it automatically renew now that I have a new form of payment added?

Hi there,
It looks like you activated auto-renew when you added the payment info, and we’ve already started the process of renewing it. It should be renewed by tomorrow if all goes well. If not, let me know and I can check again.
