custom design supposedly active but no CSS showing

  What the title says–my account says the upgrade is active but the CSS adjusting width, adding a custom header, etc, isn’t showing up.

  Hi,

  You can add CSS code in Appearance -> Custom Design -> CSS [tab] to manually adjust the width of your site. You can see more details about using Custom CSS here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-css/

  As for a custom header, you can upload a custom header image in Appearance -> Header (as long as the theme supports it).
