Custom Design Template on private domain WP Blog

  I have downloaded WordPress to my own domain and have a blog there. Can I buy the custom upgrade so I can change my themes colurs etc, in the same way you can on a wordpress.org blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://www.raggedpoet.com/ is not a WordPress.COM blog. It is a WordPress.ORG blog and you don’t need any upgrades.

  Thanks raincoaster, I got mixed up with the org and com.
  So I am guessing I do all the customisation manually rather than with the neat little WP custom design tools?
