Custom Design typekit fonts not appearing
-
I added the Custom Design fonts to my blog yesterday and they all appeared fine on my Firefox browser at home, but now I check on another computer, also in Firebox and it isn’t appearing anymore. Friends have also said they cannot see the changes to my Bueno theme.
Any tips on making the new fonts appear in all browsers?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. In order to assist you, we need the URL of your blog, starting with http:// please. Thanks.

I can see your custom fonts without any problem, and I use Firefox as well.
Have your friends tried any tips here?

Are the headings in a fine font on the blog posts, and a Times New Roman sort of sylte for the main heading rather than the heavier Bueno fonts?
-
Yes. I’ve only been here for a year, but I can certainly recognize a blog with the Bueno theme that uses custom fonts from one that doesn’t :-)
So, tell us if you or your friends tried the tips in the link I gave you.

Browsers lately (to be able to tell you how much faster they are) are relying far more on caching of web pages and page elements, and the font changes through typekit seem to get ignored by many browsers. Firefox I’ve found from experience will keep using old fonts on a typekited site if you have already visited that site before the font change. You have to make sure and log out of wordpress, clear the browser cache and cookies and then restart the browser.
Now another level: Most ISPs are using invisible proxy servers to cache pages for their customers to lower bandwidth usage and to speed things up when they start bumping up against their equipment restraints. That means that it could be a while before you will see changes. How long is anyone’s guess because it depends on how often they have their proxy servers set up to refresh their caches.
