Custom Design unable to acces fonts?

    Few days ago downloaded Custom Design but unable to access fonts. Possibly something I did not do at the time of download?
    The right hand help tab does not respond so I have been unable to seek help in that direction. Apologies if I am troubling someone unennessarily.

    For completeness I mention the the screen options tab does not respond either. This was reported a week or two ago and someone suggested certain adjustments which did not solve the problem. I did report later that both tabs did respond during one short evening session but then followed -upwith a report advising the return to non-responsive mode the following day. Then oddly yesterday evening the tabs returned to life for and hours session until shut-down but back to non-responsive mode today.

    I metioned earlier that advising the screen option tab failure was simply for completeness just in case it might be relevant to the CSS problem. I can understand that the current exercise on the system could well explain the t experience. I also appreciate that I am unlikely to receive a follow-up to the screen options and help tabs problem until current system operations are finished and everything cleared away.

    Try these two things.

    1. Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

    2. If #1 does not work, then try a different browser to see it the issue is related to one particular browser.

    The support contact form is closed till the 29th but staff are monitoring the forums, so if we have to get them involved, we can easily enough.
