  How can i custom design upgrade freely for better look of website or any method by which i can change the title color, header color etc.

  How can i use free template?
  For search engine optimization what to do?

  How i can add plugins?
  How can i generate traffic freely to this blog?
  How this blogs can be indexed by google?

  How i can monetize my blog?
  easy way to add videos in the blog?
  suppose i am doing some coding for blog in dreamweaver how can i directly upload the database?

  WordPress.com sells custom design upgrades. They allow us to “preview” change that do not actually display on the blog unless we purchase the upgrade.

  If you have not purchased the custom design upgrade note that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header, etc. which are stated on the theme description pages in the features column (right hand side) will be visible to visitors.

  You do not need to load the design tools unless you have the Custom Design upgrade. All of these functions can be accessed from your dashboard – without loading the custom design tools – no upgrade required.
  Appearance > Header
  Appearance > Background
  Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
  Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
  Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General

  If you are using the preview mode for the Custom Design upgrade some of the settings in that mode will save but they won’t show up on the front end unless you purchase the upgrade.

  To go back to the free options, go to Appearance → Themes → Customize → Colors and click the “exit the preview” link in yellow at the top of the panel on the right.

  How can i use free template?

  Select one here http://wordpress.com/themes/ The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:

  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  create own own layouts,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server.   For search engine optimization what to do?

  WordPress.com SEO is very good. If you had two identical sites, one hosted here and one self-hosted using that same plugin, the site hosted here would have better SEO than the self-hosted site. WordPress.com has huge SEO and you get the benefit of that by having your site hosted on an .wordpress.com “subdomain” here.

  That’s not possible. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  You aren’t allowed to initiate advertising at all on any WordPress.com blog. You need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.ORG install to run ads.

  You can’t as there is no FTP access and you cannot access the database.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and features and run different version of some themes with the same names.
