Custom Design upgrade

  When I click the $30 custom upgrade option, I am led to purchase the premium upgrade for $99. I only want the $30 upgrade.

  I am sorry but Staff have yet to remove that link. Because you did not register your username account prior to September 1st, 2014 and that was the cut-off date for purchasing the custom design upgrade as an individual upgrade. You will have to purchase the Premium bundle to get it. http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/

  Thank you for reporting this. I’m so sorry it caused some confusion! The Appearance > Custom Design page has now been corrected.
