Custom Design Upgrade

  My friend is wanting to upgrade to custom design which I pay $30 a year for…however we can’t find this upgrade option anymore? Does it no longer exist?

  Hello there,

  You’re right. Users who have been members of the WordPress.com since before September 2014 still have the opportunity to add the Custom Design upgrade. Newer users can only add this upgrade as part of the full Premium upgrade.
