I have purchased the custom design option, however, it is still asking me to upgrade.
What should I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please confirm the upgrade purchase did go through here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing History -
TT, there have been quite a few of these threads today. Something may be hung up in the process somewhere, maybe related to the holiday.

I appreciate the head up on that, as I have been busy with company and not answering questions since yesterday afternoon. Frankly, I avoid purchasing any upgrades on weekends or holidays. I purchase only when I see a Staff presence of the forums and know they are readily available to sort any issues I may experience.@nanosuit

Thanks. I can confirm that the purchase has gone through in my billing history. Also, the status is active, under My Upgrades.@notawoodpecker
Thanks. I will probably wait one or two days and see if the issue is resolved. Possibly, could be due to holidays. -

the issue was for http://playedtoday.com/
I have already applied for a refund. But if you can assist with the issue, I would be more than happy to upgrade again.
Currently using a theme that doesn’t support customization.
