Custom Design Upgrade – Active but not Working

  My Custom Design upgrade isn’t active even though the ‘My Upgrades’ tab says it is. When I click Dashboard>Appearance>Custom Design I am still encouraged to purchase the upgrade – which I already did on the 28th of December 2012. If I edit the CSS, Colours, or Fonts I can’t save changes; it’s still just a preview that I’m editing. Does it take a few days for the upgrade to become valid or should it be usable straight away? I paid using paypal and the payment (as far as I can see) went through without trouble. My account name is jakebeamish, my blog url is jakebeamish.wordpress.com, and my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’d love to know when I’ll be able to use the upgrade. Thanks.

  Thanks for sorting that out. Out of curiosity, what was the problem? Something not updating at your end?
