Custom Design upgrade — applied to wrong blog. How change?

  I just purchased Custom Design upgrade and it somehow got inadvertently applied to an inactive blog of mine. The purchase was intended to be applied to Alchemy of Ecology. Can you help switch it over? Thanks, Cat
