Custom Design Upgrade doesn't show up!

  Hi there,
  I purchased the Custom Design upgrade for myself this november. It also shows in my Billing History : Purchase
  Custom Design (akidwithgreatambition.wordpress.com)
  2013/11/26 02:50
  But now it is not active and it does not show up in My Upgrades section!

  Can someone explain why has this happened? Thank you!

  PS 90% of the time it’s because you are not signed in with the same account as purchased the upgrade.
