Custom Design upgrade not transferring

  I bought the Custom Design upgrade for my site lionandqilin.com.
  I then changed the name of my company and moved my website to delancey.co.
  I went through Store>My Upgrades>Transfer to another site to move the Custom Design upgrade from lionandqilin.com to delancey.co – it now shows delancey.co being listed for Custom Design in the My Upgrades.

  However,
  When I now go appearance>customize it tells me Custom Design is only for the premium plan and I have to purchase it to make it live.
  When I follow that link it takes my back to My Upgrades showing Custom Design listed as an upgrade for the site I want it on.

  This is a frustrating circle. Please Help!

  There is a glitch with moving the Custom Design upgrade, but I fixed it on your site.

  It should be smooth sailing from here.
