Custom design upgrade package stopped working

  Hello, I work for http://lalascoop.com/ and we purchased a custom design upgrade. I logged in today and noticed that we need to purchase it again to have the css I created apply. We did not change themes so I am not sure what happened, any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Sorry about that! For some reason the system wasn’t recognizing Custom Design as being active on the site. I’ve reset things and it appears to be working now. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and then reloading your site to see if you can access it now?

  Hello, I purchased a custom design upgrade and would like to change themes. Will the custom design upgrade still apply to the new theme if I change? My blog is gallivannce.net. Many thanks, Terri Vance

  The upgrade applies to the blog, it does not apply to only one theme. But the modifications you made ARE theme-specific and you will have to undo them and do new modifications for the new theme.
