custom design upgrade problem

  Hi,

  I bought an upgrade for media, which was packaged with a free trial for a custom design upgrade (which I don’t want — I am happy with my Duet theme). Since then, my blog doesn’t display the Duet theme correctly. I have cleared cache and cookies, and read the instructions for exiting the custom design preview, but I can’t find the dialog box to exit it.

  Hi Bill,

  It looks like you added quite a bit of CSS edits and that’s why your blog is displaying this way. One way to get back to the default would be to go to Appearance > Customize in your Dashboard. Once you are there, you can clear out everything in your CSS, or just keep whatever you like. You should be able to preview it in real-time.

  Once that is done, please click Save at the bottom right of the page!
