Custom Design works for every theme after I pay?

  When I purchase “custom design” for $30, does it remain active for any blog theme I choose?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes! The upgrade is for your blog, not a particular theme, so you can use it on your site, no matter your theme, for as long as the upgrade is active on your site.
