Custom Designs

  I would like to purchase the Custom Design ($30/yr/blog) option, but the button on the Store site doesn’t work. Any ideas?

  Also I see a note in the documentation that says you can try before you buy the Custom Design option, but none of the themes I’ve installed has “Custom Design” as an option under the Appearance tab on the dash board.

  I have installed WordPress on my server.

  This is a class project (and also something for me), so a quick (and right) response would be much appreciated.

  We do not provide support at WordPress.COM for any local installs of WordPress.ORG software. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Note that WordPress.COM upgrades cannot be purchased by any blogger who is not purchasing them for use on a free hosted WordPress.COM install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Thank you. I figured that out with some further poking around online. I hate this point in learning when you don’t know enough to even ask the right question!
