Custom Designs not appearing

Help! I purchased the custom design upgrade – but the full changes (custom colors and fonts) are not displaying on my .com site and WP keeps prompting me to either ‘purchase or exit the preview’. I received a Paypal receipt for my purchase, so I know I’ve made the payment. What can I do??

OK – I think I know what is going on here. I purchased the .com for my site (www.psycheintuitive.com)- but when I did that, somehow, I ended up with 3 of them in “my blogs”…

psycheintuitivedotcom2.wordpress.comThis was REALLY confusing… I got an email that WP had assigned the domain name to psycheintuitivedotcom2.wordpress.com – so I deleted the others to avoid confusing myself every time I log in.
HOWEVER – I just checked my PayPal receipt and it says: Custom Design for http://psycheintuitivedotcom.wordpress.com
Item# 45So it looks like the purchase went on one of the “extraneous” accounts that were somehow created when I was trying to buy my domain name.
This must be why it’s not showing up.
Can anyone at WP please help me?? I obviously did not want the CD upgrade applied to one of the many multiple accounts that was created when I set up my .com (I still don’t even know WHY that happened). I of course need it on my .com address!Please Help!!! thank you so much!!!

OK – I just requested a refund (which I received) and now I can re-purchase the Custom Designs upgrade on the correct account!
