Custom DNS

  Hover gave me this line “mx.hover.com.cust.hostedemail.com” to put into my Custom DNS. I see where to put this, but don’t have the other info to finalize the Custom DNS. Can you please help me figure this out? Thanks, I appreciate it.

  You’ll need to contact them for the complete record, we’ll need to know their priority number and we’ll need it in the structure detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-other-email/

  thanks for responding macmanx. All they provided me was that it needed to be “mx10” and the line above, “mx.hover.com.cust.hostedemail.com”

  I can contact them again, but have a feeling this is all they will provide me. Any ideas on how to make this work? I do appreciate your help!

  In that case, try this:

  MX 10 mx.hover.com.cust.hostedemail.com.
