Custom DNS entries – Fail of the Zone Check of my registrar
-
Hello,
I own a domain ( http://www.excellence-operationnelle.fr/ ). I would like to add this domain to my wordpress blog. I followed instructions adding DNS servers : NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM.
But I need to get a “Zone Check”, and it fails : “[TEST SOA record present]: answer refused from server: (SOA excellence-operationnelle.fr)
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM/64.34.177.159″If I remove NS3, the same error will appear with NS2.
I checked your support instructions and you write “For certain domains, such as .com.br and other non-US domains (or ccTLDs), your registrar may require us to add a “Zone Record” on the WordPress.com servers before the name servers can be updated. Please contact supportand state the domain you want to map, and we’ll take care of this for you.”
So I contact you :)
Looking forward to reading you.

I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
