Custom DNS not working

  I added my mx/cname stuff for my email… and it isn’t working. Please help.. my email has been down for a week!!!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  MX 0 rogersphotography.org.
  CNAME siteurl.everyone.net webmail.rogersphotography.org.

  Here is what the representative told me they were and I had to put them in the right format.

  [11:13:36 AM] Jacqi: MX Records

  * Host: domainname.com.
  * Address: sitemail.everyone.net.
  * Type: MX
  * Priority: 0

  [11:13:46 AM] Jacqi: CNAME records

  * Host: webmail.domainname.com.
  * Address: siteurl.everyone.net.
  * Type: CNAME
  * Priority: 0

  You entered the records incorrectly indeed, but then again, I don’t find Jacqui’s answer very clear to understand… Anyway, try these:

  MX 0 SITEMAIL.EVERYONE.NET.
  CNAME WEBMAIL SITEURL.EVERYONE.NET.

  (It is very important to enter a period (.) at the end of each line. Copy-paste this if need be).
