Custom DNS Records

  I have the Custom DNS Records setup for google apps. It works, except gmail doesn’t have chat.
  Do I need sth more to get chat to show up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not sure what you meant in your second sentence.

  AFAIK, having a custom domain shouldn’t cause a problem…

  If you are having problem with gmail chat itself, of course, you’ll need to check over at Google. :)

  gmail chat itself isn’t showing in gmail. yeh google is no help, of course
  after lots of searches I read it may need something in Custom DNS Records

  I know this may sound stupid, but have you enabled chat in gmail’s settings?
