What Custom DNS Records are you trying to submit?
I don’t see any records at https://angiebender.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=giraffepathhypnosis.com

My domain is from Namecheap and it has already been transferred successfully. I am having trouble transferring my email. The email forwarding worked fine before my domain transfer and now it doesn’t. Which apprently is normal once the domain is tranferred.
when i paste the dns records into your system i did the validation check and was told those dns records don’t exist and to contact support. I tried many different times
After hours with Namecheap support, this is what she told me to paste into your system:
giraffepathhypnosis.com MX 10 oxmail1.registrar-servers.com
giraffepathhypnosis.com MX 10 oxmail2.registrar-servers.com
Mail CNAME oxwebmail.registrar-servers.com
giraffepathhypnosis.com TXT v=spf1 include:ox.registrar-servers.com ~allThank you

I’ve updated the MX records for you, e-mail should start to work soon. I also made a sub-domain so you can easily enter webmail.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Thank you! I assume the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)???? or do i have to go in and create that? Forwarding to another email address?????
I thought i was computer literate until i started building my own website and such :(
-
It depends what e-mail account you created at Namecheap’s control panel: https://manage.www.namecheap.com/myaccount/mail/OXMailDomains.aspx

I appreciate your help, but honestly now i am more confused. The whole point to all of this, in my mind, was to have my email address working and re-rerouted. I thought these codes would do that. I do have (email visible only to moderators and staff) set up in namecheap – the open exchange thing. My domain is transferred to wordpress.
Please help me figure out what exactly i need to do to have a functioning email that is forwarded to another email. I have spent 10’s of hours trying to figure this out on google, and support FAQs and such.
what was the updating of MX records for if not to forward my email????I just don’t understand.
Thank you

You are correct. It means that your e-mails will be rerouted. Your e-mail should be working again. If not, what error message do you get?
