Custom DNS Settings

I recently purchased the domain “www.screenbrands.tv” and the email address “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” from 123-reg.co.uk. I have started a new WordPress blog which is hosted at WordPress.com. I changed the name servers for “screenbrands.tv” from the 123-reg.co.uk ones to point to the WordPress ones. Now when I type in “screenbrands.tv” into a web browser my blog shows up, which is great, but I have discovered that the email address “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” will not work by changing the name servers.
I have been informed by 123-reg that I need to change the MX settings in WordPress to 123-reg: mx0.123-reg.co.uk and mx1.123-reg.co.uk but if I enter the details in like this they are not valid. Can you tell me the correct format so I can copy and paste them into the custom DNS settings

The format you’d want to enter the MX records in would appear like this:

    MX 0 123-reg.co.uk.
    MX 1 123-reg.co.uk.

However, the two MX records appear to be the same. Would you mind copying and pasting the information that 123-reg.co.uk sent you?
