Custom Domain

    Hi,
    Why was my custom domain name changed back to a WordPress Domain name?

    My custom Domain name is not even showing up in the Domians section of my administrative page, but when I try to add it as an additional Domain, I get a message stating that the Domain is still Active, what is going on?

    I need assistance with this issue ASAP.

    Hey there, it looks like you disputed the renewal domain, which canceled it. You’ve paid the fee associated with that, but did not re-purchase the domain.

    I’ll send a request for the cost of the domain; let us know when that’s paid and we can restore the domain to your site. You’ll just want act quickly so the domain doesn’t go into redemption. Thanks!

    Noting too, since the dispute is still under investigation, if you can get that canceled, that would work too, but I know that can take a while. If you’re able to successful cancel the dispute so that we keep the original payment, update us and we can refund this one. Thanks!
