  Hi
  I like to transfer my custom domain to you guys but I have contacted my registrar and they are not getting back to me. I have asked many times but they don’t give me the code. Is there another way to transfer my custom domain?

  You find all info to transfer a domain at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/. However the provider you are transferring from must provide you with the domain authorization code.
